Jeff Pangan joined the HCCI team in 2013 as an Engineering Manager where he assists the HCCI forensic experts in visual inspections, expert meetings and the drafting of elevations, floor plans and both structural and architectural details.
Jeff has knowledge within civil engineering fields such as reinforced concrete design, design of wood structures, mechanics of materials, etc. He also incorporates code compliances from various databases, including the IBC, CBC and LADBS, towards numerous cases. He was instrumental in implementing and managing the industry leading AutoCAD software application into the company, which fosters 2D and 3D computer-aided design and drafting. Before coming to HCCI, he worked with southern California based company San Luis Builders where he collaborated with veteran engineers on a variety of projects.
Jeff works closely with attorneys, general contractors and industry experts. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from California State University, Fullerton.
