01 · The Problem

The High Cost of Technical Ambiguity

RESOLUTION

In high-stakes litigation, a vague expert report is your greatest liability.

Construction disputes often vanish into a “fog” of complex defects where cause and cost remain unclear. Without unshakeable technical evidence, you risk overpaying on claims or losing credibility under aggressive cross-examination.

Unquantified Defects

Without clinical forensic documentation, the true scope of damage remains legally undefendable.

Cross-Examination Exposure

A soft expert opinion crumbles under aggressive questioning, costing credibility and claims alike.

Financial Unpredictability

Without accurate cost-to-repair data, settlement negotiations become guesswork instead of strategy.

Multi-State Complexity

Jurisdiction-specific nuance, from SB 800 to local code, demands an expert who knows every market.
